The Monster Energy University system is a custom built learning management system (LMS) that manages and delivers instructional content and training courses for all employees of the company worldwide. Depending on their position, sales region and associated brand, each employee is assigned relevant courses that include content such as live tutorials and quizes, instructional videos, presentations, documentation, interactive questionnaires, product positioning quizes etc. As each employee progresses through their assigned courses or training, the system documents, tracks and assesses their performance through an associated performance management system (PMS) providing insightful 360 reports and reviews so that the sales and HR management can perform better employee appraisals, competeny management, skills-gap analysis and succession planning.
