client profile

Sail in Greek Waters is a sailing yacht chartering company, representing a limited number of yacht owners in all sailing areas in Greece. They focus on yacht quality which they consider the most important factor for pleasant and carefree sailing holidays.

about the project

The Sail in Greek Waters revamp is a comprehensive redesign and restructuring initiative aimed at enhancing user experience and optimizing information accessibility. Our goal was to breathe new life into a digital platform by revamping its design, reorganizing its content architecture, and seamlessly migrating data to ensure continuity and efficiency.

The project commenced with an in-depth analysis of the existing website, pinpointing areas for improvement and identifying user pain points. We collaborated closely with the owners to understand their objectives and vision for the revamped platform. Armed with this insight, our team embarked on a journey to transform the website into a user friendly hub of information and functionality.

The redesign phase was characterized by a meticulous attention to detail, with an emphasis on modern aesthetics and intuitive navigation. We crafted a visually engaging interface that not only captivates users but also guides them seamlessly through the website's offerings. By implementing responsive design principles, we ensured a consistent and optimal experience across all devices.

Simultaneously, we undertook a comprehensive restructuring of the website's information architecture. Drawing upon best practices in user experience design, we reorganized content hierarchies and streamlined navigation pathways to empower users in finding what they need effortlessly. This involved categorizing information logically, implementing intuitive search functionalities, and optimizing content filtering and interconnection.

A pivotal aspect of the project was the seamless migration of data from the legacy system to the redesigned platform. We designed a custom migration tool to turn running text into segmented data in the new system, we orchestrated a smooth transition, preserving data integrity and minimizing disruptions to user access. This ensured that valuable information remained accessible and actionable within the revamped ecosystem.

As a result of our collective efforts, the redesigned website now stands as a testament to innovation and user-centric design. It not only delivers a visually stunning experience but also empowers users with streamlined access to information. With enhanced usability and optimized functionality, the platform is poised to elevate user engagement and drive tangible business outcomes for years to come.
